Suelze met her previous spouse, Reinhard, by chance at a gospel concert. Her better half, Bonnke, was enamored with her when she recovered from a poorly pitched music execution, resulting in the loss of the opposition. From then on, the couple met for the second time when Reinhard offered to give a lecture at the congregation where Anni used to attend on Sundays.
